Aanbrengen 15 minuten voor blootstelling aan de zon. Daarna elke 2 uur opnieuw aanbrengen, of na het zwemmen, transpireren of afdrogen. Vergeet niet hoofdbescherming en een zonnebril te dragen en de warmste uren te vermijden (11 tot 16 uur). Kinderen onder de 3 jaar niet aan de zon blootstellen.
